Raymond's Biography :

I’m been living and working in the Richmond area for years. Having grown up in Richmond area, one of the great things about RVA are the diverse communities and the friendly atmosphere. Lots of different business have opened up over the years to keep up with the growing city and suburbs. It is a great area to raise children and also a great area to retire.

I started my Realtor career in 2008 at the height of the housing downturn. It was not a very good start to my career. As with down turns in the market you learn to adapt. Like the stock market the real estate business has it’s ups and downs. Currently it is in the upswing as there are less houses on the market and more buyers than sellers. I will do my best as always to find my sellers buyers and my buyers homes that will meet their expectations.

I also believe in giving back to the community. A part of my commission will be donated in your honor to your favorite charity or to one of the official charities: Safe Harbor Shelter-Ronald McDonald House-Richmond SPCA or others as the need arises.
